Steamed & Charred Sweet Potato


Don't be shy with the char — that's where the flavor lives. Crispy, smoky skin split open and loaded with cool labneh, chives, and a drizzle of salsa macha. It's a whole moment for a sweet potato.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 small sweet potatoes

  • 1 container of Bezi Plain labneh

  • 1/4 c chives, chopped

  • 1 oz of Honey Pecan or Classic Peanut salsa macha

**Make sure sweet potatoes are extra charred, we like the taste


Instructions

1. Break brownie into chunks and layer in a bowl.

2. Scoop vanilla ice cream on top.

3. Drizzle Honey Pecan salsa macha generously. Serve immediately.
