Dressed Up Burrata
Pesto, burrata, salsa macha. That's it. Less than five minutes to spread, place, drizzle, and watch it disappear.
Ingredients:
1/2 c of your favorite pesto (we used our Abuela's... recipe coming)
high quality burrata
your choice of salsa macha flavor, we used Classic Peanut for this one
Crackers for serving.
Instructions
1. Spread half of the pesto across a flat dish.
2. Place burrata in the center.
3. Break open the burrata and drizzle remaining pesto into the center and around the cheese.
4. Drizzle salsa macha over everything, finish with sea salt, and serve with crackers.
