• Prepayment is collected for all orders via Quickbooks invoice

• 7-10 business days lead time; rush available upon request

• Delivery costs (tiered by zone) will be added to invoice

• Claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of receipt

• No returns without prior authorization

• No returns on expired or close-date products

• Products must be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight; we are not responsible for product quality if storage guidelines are not followed

• Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product
