Whipped gorgonzola


We wanted something to put in a blue bowl and boy did this deliver! A cloudy mound of gorgonzola topped with cherries and Honey Pecan salsa macha.

Ingredients:

  • 1 c gorgonzola cheese

  • 1 c heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 c mascarpone cheese or jocoque

  • 1/3 c chopped cherries

  • .5 oz Honey Pecan salsa macha


Instructions

1. Place gorgonzola, heavy whipping cream, and mascarpone in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.

2. Start on low, then gradually increase to high. Whip until big and fluffy.

3. Transfer to a bowl with a spatula.

4. Top with chopped cherries and drizzle with Honey Pecan salsa macha.
