Honeydew + Tajin


Honeydew. Tajin. Salsa macha. It's about time we stopped ignoring melons.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe honeydew

  • Tajin

  • Honey Pecan or Classic Peanut salsa macha


Instructions

1. Cut melon in half and scoop out the seeds.

2. Cut each half into one-inch slices.

3. Sprinkle tajin generously over the flesh of each slice.

4. Arrange slices on a flat dish.

5. Drizzle with salsa macha and serve.
