Watermelon Showoff
This is how we introduce people to salsa macha and it never misses. Sweet, cold watermelon meets the heat and crunch of Cherry Pistache. Slice it thin, layer it on a flat dish, and drizzle every single piece.
Ingredients:
1 ripe watermelon
any flavor of our salsa macha (we like to use cherry pistache for this one)
Instructions
1. Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise.
2. Place each half flat-side down and slice crosswise into ¼-½ inch wedges.
3. Layer the pieces on a flat dish and drizzle salsa macha generously over every slice.
