Labneh Stuffed Avocados


Ten minutes. A showstopper. Creamy labneh tucked into ripe baby avocados, finished with a generous drizzle of Classic Peanut — this is the dish people photograph before they eat. Find a flat, brightly colored dish and let your guests watch you drizzle.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 just-ripe baby Hass avocados

  • 1 container of Bezi Everything labneh

  • 1 oz of Classic Peanut salsa macha

  • juice of half of lemon

  • sea salt


Instructions

1. Halve the avocados and remove the pits.

2. Gently peel each half.

3. Scoop labneh into the center of each avocado half.

4. Arrange face-down on a flat dish.

5. Drizzle with Classic Peanut salsa macha, finish with sea salt, and serve.
