Pineapple Showoff
You bought the pineapple. It's been sitting there. Now you have a reason to cut it. Drizzle Classic Peanut over the wedges and watch it disappear before you even set the table.
Ingredients:
1 ripe pineapple
any flavor of our salsa macha (we like to use classic peanut for this one)
Instructions
1. Cut about ½ inch off the top and bottom.
2. Stand the pineapple upright and slice down the sides to remove the skin.
3. Quarter the pineapple lengthwise and cut out the core.
4. Lay the quarters flat and slice into wedges or bite-sized chunks.
5. Arrange in a dish and drizzle with salsa macha, and serve immediately.
